ANTIQUE ENGLISH CONCENTRIC MILLEFIORI PAPERWEIGHT INKWELL, central red and white complex cane, encircled by six exterior garlands of cogs and tubes in a variety of color combinations, matching stopper, rough pontil mark. Maker unverified. First half 20th century. 6 1/2" HOA, 4 1/2" H bottle.
