ANTIQUE SAINT-LOUIS "SL/1848" CONCENTRIC MUSHROOM MILLEFIORI ART GLASS PAPERWEIGHT, central complex medallion featuring a variety of colored tubes and star center, encircled by four exterior garlands with the first having blue and red tubes, second consisting of stardust canes with a green interior, third row with green and blue complex floral and tube canes, fourth garland comprised of blue and white complex canes with an interior peach tube, holding the signature cane stating "SL/1848", exterior garland and signature cane pulled to produce the stem, all surrounded by a pink torsade with an interior opal filigree twist, rayed to the underside. Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis. Dated 1848. 2" H, 2 7/8" D.
