ANTIQUE SAINT-LOUIS "SL/1848" CONCENTRIC MUSHROOM MILLEFIORI ART GLASS PAPERWEIGHT, central complex medallion featuring red and white and green interior tubes, encircled by four exterior garlands with the first having blue and yellow floral tubes, second consisting of white and peach star tubes, third row with green, white, and red complex tubes and also holding the signature cane reading "SL/1848", final band alternating between white cogs and pink and white complex canes, all surrounded by a cobalt blue torsade with interior opal filigree twist, rayed to the underside. Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis. Dated 1848. 2 1/4" H, 2 3/4" D.
