ASSORTED CERAMIC ARTICLES, LOT OF FOUR, comprising an ovoid-form creamware platter with sepia swag border and central urn decorations, a silver lustre creamer, a pearlware creamer featuring Pratt-style polychrome floral basket design below spout, and a Chinese Export Porcelain creamer with cover (with vent hole) and double intertwined handles having cobalt, gilt, and iron red decorations. Unmarked. Together with a contemporary creamware jug with molded mask spout and double-intertwined handle with holly leaf terminals. Five pieces total. Fourth quarter 18th to first half 19th century. 9" HOA, platter 10 5/8" x 8 1/4".
Jug, porcelain and silver lustre creamers undamaged, except some having minor expected wear; porcelain cover with hairline; platter having minute rim flake; pearlware creamer with chip to rim interior. Manufacturing flaws including platter with some glaze imperfections and lustre creamer with firing separation to interior base.
