ASSORTED CLOTH AND STOCKINETTE DOLLS, LOT OF SEVEN, each with painted or sewed facial features, comprising two Kimport Dolls depicting a New Brunswick man and woman, woman retains original sewn-in maker's label; a print decorated face example; an example depicting Johnny Appleseed; an example depicting a miner; a Dutch man; and a diminutive young girl example. Each with vintage clothing and some accessories. Late 19th/20th century. 7" to 17 1/12" H.

Condition

Very good overall condition, expected wear and scattered minor imperfections, smallest lady example lacking hands, miner with deterioration to one hand. Clothing in good overall condition with scattered imperfections and some repairs.

Deaccessioned by the Wachovia Historical Society to benefit acquisitions and conservation funds.
