BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS COIN SILVER TEAPOT, Neoclassical style with engraved decoration, featuring a fluted urn-form well with swag and tassel border along top of sides, having a hinged lid, a scrolled handle with bone insulators, and a curved spout, raised on square base with stem, personalized engraving of "ES & ARR / 1840-65." to shoulder of well. Underside impressed with maker's mark for Haddock, Lincoln & Foss of Boston, MA (active 1857-1868) above "BOSTON" and "Coin". Total weight including non-silver components: 29.84 ozt. Circa 1865. 10 3/4" HOA.

Condition
Very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and nicks, a few scattered small dents, residue to interior and some spots to exterior, engraving with very minor worn spots, handle slight loose with top securing pins each having one end not secured in corresponding hole, insulators with cracks, top insulator with loss to one side.
