BRITISH SPATTERWARE FLORAL MOTIF PLATES, LOT OF THREE, each featuring polychrome hand-painted flowers, comprising a rainbow panel-form example having alternating red- and blue-sponged border featuring a bold red tulip to center and two blue-sponged border examples including one yellow tulip example and one soup plate depicting a double-bloom red and blue flower design. Second quarter 19th century. 9 1/2" DOA.

Condition

Rainbow example having professional restoration to rim hairline; double-bloom soup plate having faint rim hairline primarily visible to underside; yellow tulip example having rim with a moderate chip to underside and an approximately 2 1/4" L hairline; each having some light scattered scratches from use.
