CATAWBA VALLEY, NORTH CAROLINA STONEWARE JAR, Alkaline-glazed, incised "5" gallon capacity mark, ovoid form with slightly flaring rim and two applied strap handles. Late 19th/early 20th century. 17 1/2" HOA.

Having some areas of old, flaking restoration including rim and handles.
