Grant's Terms of Surrender, both dated April 10 1865, and Majo General John Gibson's General Order No. 43 Certificates for Paroled Prisoners of War. Second half 19th century. 9" x 7" and 10 1/4" x 8 1/8".
Condition
Very good condition, Lee example with some stains and small chip to lower edge, Gibson example with short tear at left edge and several small stains.
