CONTINENTAL CERAMIC DRINKERS / SPIRITS FIGURAL HUMIDORS, LOT OF FOUR, comprising one depicting Gambrinus, the King of Hops, featuring grey-bearded figure raising a frothing mug, with robe and crown, one featuring a man emerging from a barrel and holding a frothing mug, two bust-form examples holding a stein including one holding a cigar and one with a pipe. Marks to underside include "BB", "JM", and various numerals. Bernard Bloch, Bohemia; Johann Maresch, Austria or Czechoslovakia. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 12 1/2" HOA.
