CONTINENTAL CERAMIC DRINKERS / SPIRITS FIGURAL HUMIDORS, LOT OF THREE, comprising one full-bodied example depicting a standing man in a brown suit, wearing spectacles, and holding a frothing Hofbrau mug, and two bust-form examples including one holding a frothing mug and one holding a bottle and glass. Marks to underside include "BB", "JM", and various numerals. Bernard Bloch, Bohemia; Johann Maresch, Austria or Czechoslovakia; and others. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 11 7/8" HOA.
Bust with frothing mug mostly undamaged except having a flake to end of collar; bust with bottle having two minor flakes to glass rim, possible loss to interior flange on top, and some scattered minor flakes to rim interior on base; full-bodied example having restoration to hat and minor chip to tip of umbrella; most having some scattered glaze wear/losses.
