CUT DOUBLE-OVERLAY AND LATTICINIO SWIRL KEROSENE STAND LAMP, opaque white to colorless to smoky emerald green with opal swirls, pyriform font with four horizontal bands of punty or oval cuts creating windows to the opal latticinio swirling to the interior, brass connector, raised on an opaque white square base, period brass collar. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co., and others. 1860-1880. 10 1/2" H, 4" SQ base.

Condition

Virtually undamaged with some isolated surface wear; single minute flake to the top of the base. Having some minute areas of roughness or minor discoloration to the edges of some cuts, having several discolored annealing lines to the base, all as made.
