CUT HONEYCOMB SEVEN-PIECE PUNCH SET, colorless, comprising an ovoid punch bowl with elongated honeycomb cutting with a matching cover, with applied teardrop finial, with a blown undertray with cut-scalloped edge, and five matching punch cups. Probably Dutch. 19th century. Punch Bowl: 14" HOA. Tray: 14 1/2" D. Cups: 3 1/8" H.
Provenance: From the collection of Donald Putterman, San Francisco, CA.
Punch bowl and tray in excellent condition with a few scattered flakes to the edge, rims, and cover flange; two punch cups having a crack at the lower terminal of the handle; remainder having some light flaking to the rim and one having an additional bruise to the rim.
