CUT OVERLAY OVAL AND PUNTY KEROSENE STAND LAMP, cranberry to colorless pyriform font, a medial band of cut and engraved foliage decoration between a single row of punties and a lower row of ovals and punties, blue alabaster glass stem with traces of diamond band gilt decoration to the medial, single step marble foot, brass connectors, No. 2 fine-line collar. Fitted with a period setup comprising a No. 2 Wilmont slip burner with impressed patent information, stamped brass 4 1/4" shade holder which is supported by an encircling ring around the collar,
colorless and frosted ball-form shade with engraved tree-foil and squiggle decoration to the upper portion, and a colorless slip chimney. Probably Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1860-1870. 19 1/4" H to top of shade, 12 3/4" H to top of collar, 4 1/2" SQ base. Shade 5 3/4" H, 4" D fitter.

Font with a minor flake to one punty cutting and some minor roughness to a vine, each possibly as made, stem undamaged, marble foot with expected chips/flakes/roughness, slightly tilted. Setup undamaged, shade fitter with normal as-made roughness.
