ENGLISH CERAMIC / STONEWARE ARTICLES, LOT OF NINE, including two Doulton Lambeth brown stoneware jugs/pitchers with sprig decorations featuring tavern men, two dark blue Jasperware examples with white sprig decorations including a candlestick featuring the seal of the United States and a Wedgwood pitcher with metal hinged lid depicting a man's profile, a three-piece light green smear-glazed squirrel and butterfly motif tea set including a teapot, a covered sugar, and a creamer, and a contemporary porcelain Punch and Judy cream jug. Marks to underside include impressed "WEDGWOOD", "DOULTON / LIMITED / LAMBETH", "ADAMS, / ESTBD 1657", "TUNSTALL / ENGLAND" and printed "British Heritage / Collection / PORTMEIRION PORCELAIN / ENGLAND". 19th to 20th century. 6 1/2" HOA.
Four undamaged; squirrel teapot having a minute flake to end of spout and two to cover underside; squirrel sugar having loss of cover finial; squirrel creamer having two rim hairlines; smaller Doulton jug with rim flake; small brown jug with hinged metal lid having a broken and reattached handle and lid with some bending.
