ENGLISH NAUTICAL PAINTING, oil on milk glass, depicting the "S.S. HOUNTON / LONDON" steamship on choppy seas within a lifebuoy, a red flag to top with "P" to center, and a floral spray to one side. House under glass in period frame. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 14 3/8" x 11 1/4" sight, 17 1/8" x 14 1/8" OA.
Condition
Some paint smeared or worn; frame having some wear and scattered scratches. Not examined out of frame.
