EUROPEAN MYTHOLOGICAL METAL AND GLASS STEIN, amber, spherical amber glass bowl, fitted within a metal frame with mythological figures and vertical seaweed leaves, integral handle and period mouth with an amber glass insert with a figural siren top/thumbrest. Maker unverified. Second half 19th century. 9 1/4" HOA.
Condition
Nearly undamaged with some scattered surface wear/scratching; some minor dents/bends. Glass insert having expected roughness around the edge, as made.
