Davis, Chairman, American Red Cross, Washington, DC, addressing the 25th anniversary of the American Junior Red Cross, closes with "I am confident that the future achievements of the organization will be ever increased. The needs of our nation at war are great. The American Junior Red Cross, because it has already proved its ability, can be counted on to assist greatly toward meeting those needs." Reserve. Condition
Fine condition with bold signature, light toning, two horizontal fold creases, two paper clip shadows to top edge. Binder holes to left edge.
