Catalogue Note: Frederic Charles Reinhold Hahr was born of Swedish parents, his father was a captain in the Royal Swedish Navy. He studied both painting and music, eventually settling on music and having a very successful career as a composer. He and his wife, Sally Anne Floyd, lived in Petersburg when they were married, and eventually settled in Richmond.
Very good visual condition with minor toning and some marks evident to artwork. Not examined out of frame.
