FRENCH OLD PARIS HAND-PAINTED PORCELAIN ARTICLES, LOT OF FOUR, each having polychrome decorations with gilt accents, comprising a pair of double socket electric table lamps with cast brass base and top, each featuring an amorous couple to one side and a beautiful floral bouquet to reverse, and two baluster-form vases with charming, bright floral bouquet motifs including a 14 1/2" H example with Chinese-style handles to neck on sepia ground, and other example on white ground. Second half 19th/early 20th century. Lamp 26 5/8" HOA.

Condition
Two undamaged, except each having some wear to gilt decorations; one lamp having flakes to red berry decoration on one handle; one vase with gilt painted over loss to part of acanthus leaf molded rim and a flake, possibly as made. Lamps not examined out of mounts and each having only one working socket (see Catalogue Guarantee).
