GERMAN PERCUSSION TARGET RIFLE, approximately .50 caliber, figured walnut fullstock with finely checkered wrist and carved cheek rest, rifled, blued octagonal barrel, double set trigger with fancy stepped guard, engraved lockplate and hammer, wooden ramrod. Mid 19th century. 48 1/4" LOA, 31" barrel.

Condition
Very good condition, stock with very good color, two shallow circular indentions to each side forward of butt, end with narrow patch and crack in line with barrel, metals smooth with good color, light scratches.
