GERMAN PORCELAIN ARTICLES, LOT OF SEVEN,
comprising four Royal Bayreuth examples including a relish dish with rose decal decoration and three rose tapestry examples including a 10 1/4" x 7 1/2" rectangular tray, a creamer, and a basket, and three R.S. Prussia examples including two matching Mold 31 sunflower examples including a creamer and covered sugar, and one mustard with poppy flower motif. Marks to underside include printed red and green "RS / PRUSSIA" with wreath and star and rampant lions with "Royal Bayreuth / P T / PRIV. 1794 / BAVARIA". Together with a Royal Winton butter dish with "JULIA" floral pattern and a Limoges hinged circular box with violet design. Nine pieces total.
R.S. Prussia, Suhl; Royal Bayreuth, Tettau, Bavaria, Germany; Royal Winton, Grimwades, Stoke-on-Trent, England; Limoges, France.
Fourth quarter 19th to first half 20th century.
