GILT-DECORATED CAST-METAL FIGURAL DOG / SETTER WATCH HUTCH / STAND, in the form of a long-haired hunting dog standing atop a rounded rectangular leafy-embossed ground, the hound having a curved pin held in its mouth to support the watch, attached or screwed into a rounded rectangular marble base. Together with a gold-toned unknown-jewels pocket watch reading "National Park" to the dial. Continental, possibly German or French. 19th century. 5 1/4" HOA.
Condition
Very good condition with some wear and nicking to edges of base, and moderate to heavy losses of gilt surface.
