KEESEE & PARR ATTRIBUTED, RICHMOND, VIRGINIA DECORATED STONEWARE JAR, salt-glazed, "3" gallon capacity mark, shouldered cylindrical form with bead below the collared, square rim, applied arched handles. Brushed cobalt upright tulip and foliage decoration on each side. David Parr Jr. (1819-1882) working as Keesee & Parr (active 1858-1865), Richmond, VA. 1858-1865. 14 1/2" H, 8" D rim.
