MARKS SAMUELS PATENT MODEL KEROSENE ASTRAL-TYPE STAND LAMP, brass ring-form font with side refill feature, medial tube with air-flow vents at bottom for center of burner, opaque white glass Baroque base, brass connector with gilt decoration, No. 1 brass collar. Included is the original patent paper with #15,528 and patented May. 30th 1871 and a photograph of the patent and item. 1871. 11 1/4" H to top of collar, 4 78" SQ overall foot.
