MT. WASHINGTON CAMEO GLASS PARLOR LAMP, pink/rose cut to white, globular-form vase, fitted with a brass font liner with impressed patent date of 1888 in base, intricate band of cuttings including lady bust under ribbon, floral baskets and roses between pink with scalloped edge bands, matching patterned umbrella-form shade with slight irregularities to scalloped edge, cast brass square-form foot with beaded corners and bands of scroll ornamentation, brass drop-in font with stamped shoulder in a floral pattern and side-refill feature. Fitted with a period central draft burner, with impressed patent number, period colorless Empire chimney. Mt. Washington Glass Co. 1885-1895. 20" H to top of shade, 12" H to top of collar, 7 1/2" SQ foot.

Condition

Excellent condition, very minute wear, shade with some scattered manufacturing imperfections including bubbles and glass irregularities, base with some scattered spots of corrosion, font with some repairs to base. Burner with two repaired chimney prongs, shade ring with a minor repair at a support juncture, burner lacking some components, chimney undamaged.
