NEW ENGLAND PAINT-DECORATED PINE WASH STAND, metamorphic construction, featuring applied gallery, over single full dovetailed drawer with original knobs, over medial shelf with faux drawer, the whole raised on turned legs. Pine secondary wood. Retains original stenciling against an oyster white-painted ground. First quarter 19th century. 41" H, 20 1/2" W, 17 1/2" D.
