NEW JERSEY DECORATED STONEWARE JUG, salt-glazed, designated two-gallon capacity, ovoid form with ringed mouth, applied strap handle, Albany-slip glazed interior. Bold brushed cobalt spitting tulip design to front and "2" capacity mark with wavy line below. Mid 19th century. 13 1/2" HOA.
Condition
Excellent condition, having some mostly shallow chipping to top of mouth and a minute chip to foot edge.
