PETERSBURG, VIRGINIA WALNUT FALL-FRONT DESK, featuring hinged fall-board concealing a developed interior, over four graduated drawers with period brass pulls, solid ends, raised on an applied dovetailed bracket-foot base. Yellow pine secondary wood. Retains an old surface with warm color. Late 18th/early 19th century. 43" H, 42" W, 22" D.
