SHENANDOAH VALLEY OF VIRGINIA FEDERAL WALNUT PIER / SERVING TABLE, of diminutive demilune form, the single-board top overhanging an apron comprising a thick veneer bent on a deeply kerfed substrate, raised on tall square tapered legs. Later chalk "Conrad" inscription to the underside. Yellow pine secondary wood. Retains an older surface with excellent color. Probably Rockingham, Shenandoah, or Frederick Co., VA. Circa 1830. 29 1/2" H, 30 1/4" x 16".
