SHENANDOAH VALLEY OF VIRGINIA UNSIGNED COPPER HOT WATER / TEA KETTLE, dovetailed construction, with applied gooseneck spout, and domed cover with applied simple curled finial. Circa 1830. 11 1/2" HOA.

Descended in the Andrew Byrd family of Craney Island/Smith's Creek, Rockingham Co., VA.

Very good overall condition, likely replaced handle, and with scattered minor denting.
