SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA / EASTERN TENNESSEE WALNUT PUNCHED-TIN PANELED FOOD / PIE-SAFE, rectangular top over two short dovetailed doors with later pulls, and two double fielded-panel doors, ends with applied tins hand-punched with a quatrefoil and corner fan, the whole raised on turned feet. Yellow pine secondary wood. Retains an old refinished surface with warm color. Mid 19th century. 47" H, 55" W, 17 1/2" D.

Condition
Very good overall condition, proper left door with loose upper joint, crack to lower joint, and patch repairs to associated stile at hinge area, minor losses to tins, and expected wear.
