STAFFORDSHIRE AMERICAN HISTORICAL TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATTER, featuring a Roman-dressed figure holding a basket of fruit in left hand, a sickle in right hand, having shield with American eagle and "PEACE / PLENTY" at right side, with floral surround. Impressed crown encircled by "CLEWS WARRANTED STAFFORDSHIRE" to underside. Ralph & James Clews, Cobridge, England. 1814-1834. 19" x 14 3/8".

Condition
