STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATES, LOT OF FIVE, comprising three examples with Fruit and Flowers patterns including a soup plate motif and two of 6 3/4" D, one featuring Beehive and Vase, and one "FROM / WILKIE'S / DESIGNS" depicting "CHRISTMAS EVE", as printed to underside. Marks to underside include impressed crown with "CLEWS WARRANTED STAFFORDSHIRE". Ralph Stevenson & Williams, Cobridge; Ralph & James Clews, Cobridge, England; and others. Circa 1825. 10" DOA.
