STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF SEVEN, each having brown/sepia transfer scene, comprising a saucer with "NONPAREIL", two open-handled tureen stands with Canova #7, and four cup plates including one depicting Columbus #6, one with Damascus #2, one featuring Palestine #14, and one depicting an ox led by a man with a woman riding and archer cartouche design to rim. Marks to underside include impressed "ADAMS" and star. William Adams IV & Son, Stoke-on-Trent; Thomas & John Mayer, Longport; Thomas Mayer, Longport, England. Second quarter 19th century. Undertray 10 5/8" x 9 5/8".
