U.S. MODEL 1826 FLINTLOCK PISTOL BY SIMEON NORTH, .54 cal., lockplate stamped with "U.S. / S. NORTH" and "1827", round smoothbore steel barrel stamped "US / ET" and with "P" proofmark, original hammer and brass pan, walnut stock. Lacking ramrod. Circa 1826. 13 1/2" LOA, 8 5/8" barrel. Class: Antique - no registration required.
Mechanically operable, loss to stock at grip, small loss and crack to stock surrounding the lockplate, loss to belt hook, discoloration to steel.
