VICTORIAN FLORAL STENCIL-DECORATED KEROSENE HANGING / LIBRARY LAMP, opal umbrella shade with a shaded cranberry and teal ground and rose decoration, matching opal glass font vase, stamped brass scrolling support arms with a large lower scrolling finial, matching stamped brass shade ring, leveler, ceiling fixture with motor, and shade crown, plain brass smoke bell. Fitted with a period brass drop-in font with a period burner and flame spreader marked for "B&H". Late 19th/early 20th century. Shade: 6 1/4" H, 13 3/4" D fitter.
Very good condition overall with the font tank having some light denting and a solder repair to one gallery prong; several metal articles having wear; lower finial having some bending; font cup having heavy imperfections including heavy denting and splitting; shade ring having a small puncture; some other areas having some light denting and/or minor bending.
