VICTORIAN HOBNAIL / DEW DROP KEROSENE HANGING / LIBRARY LAMP, cranberry umbrella-form shade, stamped brass scrolling and twisting support arms with lower lattice finial holding a brass font cup, matching stamped brass shade ring, leveler, ceiling mount with motor, and shade crown, plain brass smoke bell. Fitted with a pressed glass font with a period collar, No. 2 slip burner. Having cut glass prisms. Late 19th/early 20th century. Shade: 6 1/4" H, 13 3/4" D fitter.
Nearly undamaged with a single flake to the fitter of the shade; metal rigging having very few imperfections other than some light wear and instances of light corrosion to the interior; some possible minute denting and/or bending.
