Very good visual condition with minor wear, a few spots of unwoven and fraying hair, backing velvet with some toning, frame with some wear, surface scratches, and flaking/chipping to molding, back with later reinforcement hardware. Not examined out of frame.
Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum, Richmond, VA to benefit collections care, preservation, and future acquisitions.
