VINTAGE 14K YELLOW GOLD, DIAMOND, AND AMETHYST LADY'S RING, large top with scalloped edge, featuring a center oval-cut amethyst in prong setting measuring approximately 16.5 x 13.0 mm, surrounded by two rows of 36 old European-cut and other round-cut diamonds measuring approximately 2.0-2.5 mm in diameter, having a total estimated weight of 1.5 ct., openwork gallery on a split-shank plain band. Impressed "14K" to interior band. Total weight including stones: 13.2 grams. 20th century. Ring size 6.
Very good overall condition with minor wear, surface scratches, and nicks, area of more moderate nicks and scratches along lower band from wear. Stones not professionally graded.
