VIRGINIA PAINTED POPLAR FLATWALL CUPBOARD / LINEN PRESS, one-piece construction, upper half with two hinged fielded-panel doors concealing four fixed shelves, lower with two hinged fielded-panel doors concealing one fixed shelf, raised on cut-out feet formed from the stiles and ends. Poplar secondary wood. Retains an early, probably original, green-painted surface. First half 19th century. 83 3/4" HOA, 42 3/4" WOA, 19 3/8" DOA.

Condition
(Updated 3/13/2023) Good condition overall with expected usage wear including, minor cracks, damage to feet, rodent holes to back boards, minor repairs and losses, early replacement to bottom right hinge. Front left foot with a horizontal crack through the board; it does not interfere with stability.
