VIRGINIA WALNUT CANDLESTAND,
circular stationary top with molded edge having battens affixed to the underside, above an urn-turned baluster standard base raised on three down swept spider legs terminating in spike feet, no "spider" to underside of base. Retains an old dry surface with warm color.
First quarter 19th century.
