WROUGHT-IRON ADJUSTABLE HEARTH ROASTING RACK / SPIT,, central shaft supporting a sliding bell-form rack with five two-prong forks and spring-tension mechanism with is attached by a diamond-form rivet, raised on a tripod arched base with penny feet. 18th/19th century. 23 1/2" HOA, 8 1/2" DOA feet.
