FOLMER & SCHWING, NEW YORK WATCH POCKET LAMP, hinged nickel case with engine-turned floral decoration, opens to reveal mechanism surrounded by markings and 1891 patent date, fitted with a small single tube burner with cloth wick. Fitted in a hinged wooden box with green fabric covering, interior of cover with stamped retailer "CAESAR SPIEGLER. / JEWELER / BETHLEHEM, PA." Includes an additional wooden box with original paper labels for Folmer & Schwing, fitted with nine paper cap disc. Late 19th century. 2" D case.

Excellent condition, expected minor wear. Losses and deterioration to the cloth covering on box. Disc box with some minor imperfections and losses to labels.
