ALASKAN AND CANADIAN INUIT CARVED BONE AND SOAPSTONE FIGURES, LOT OF THREE, comprising a bone carving depicting a hunter with spear in hand, aiming a seal with its head poking out of the ice, base stamped "U.S.I.D. / Alaskan Eskimo" in black ink, an unsigned scrimshaw bone carving of a miniature seal laying on its stomach on top of a base, and a Canadian Inuit carved soapstone figure on his knees with one arm up and holding a dog in his lap, base with etched signature in Inuktitut above "E9-14". 20th century. Soapstone figure 4 3/4" HOA.

Condition

Very good overall condition with minor wear and surface scratches.
