ASSORTED SILVER-PLATED AND OTHER OPEN SALTS AND SALT SPOONS, LOT OF 32, including a pair of English open salts by Barker Brothers of Birmingham with cobalt blue glass liners, a bucket-form open salt with wooden sides and ceramic interior, a large English open salt with claw-and-ball feet and cobalt blue glass liner, 12 silver-plated and other metal salt spoons, a pair of carved bone or horn salt spoons, and a set of six mother-of-pearl salt spoons. Many pieces with marks. Together with a silver-plated or other metal mustard pot having hinged lid and a cobalt blue glass liner. 33 pieces total. Late 19th/20th century. Various sizes.
Good to very good overall condition with wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including nicks, and worn spots/losses to silver; glass liners with possibly one or a few minute/minor nicks or flakes, otherwise undamaged.
