BOHEMIAN WILHELM SCHILLER & SOHN TERRA COTTA CERAMIC FIGURAL HUMIDORS, LOT OF FOUR, comprising one large Asian head example with mustache, braided queue, and wearing a helmet featuring dragon and butterfly motif, one example depicting a boy riding a goat leaping over a log, one example featuring a gentleman wearing a fur-lined hat and coat and holding a pipe, and one example depicting a woman with her hair pulled back in a braided bun and holding a single flower to her chest. Each impressed "WS&S" to underside with numerals. Wilhelm Schiller & Sohn, Obergrund, Bohemia. Circa 1880. 11" HOA.

Condition

Head example undamaged; man with fur-lined garments having possible restoration to area on top flange, three minute/minor flakes to base interior rim, a flake to chest at rim and on neck tie, pipe broken and reattached, some paint touch-ups, and scattered glaze wear; woman having some spots of restoration including top flange, paint touch-ups, and scattered glaze wear; boy riding goat example having moderate imperfections including a detached but present horn and ear and areas of restoration.
