BRASS RUMFORD-TYPE SINGLE-ARM ARGAND STAND LAMPS, PAIR, baluster-form stem with various ribbed line and beading ornamentation, square foot with ringed step, supporting an urn-form reservoir, each reservoir with arm supporting the font and with a rack and pinion wick adjustment, top of reservoir with a threaded cover and an adjacent opening for refilling, cover with attached reflector with matching ornamentation. 19th century. 13 1/2" H to top of reflector, 8" W, 4 1/2" SQ foot.
