A. MFG CO./ HARTFORD CT." forward of hammer, American eagle on bolster, government inspector stamps on multiple parts. Stock with two boxed cartouches behind lock bolts and "JHG" forward of buttplate tang. Appropriate tulip-head steel ramrod. 1863. 56" LOA, 40" barrel.
