ENGLISH STERLING SILVER MINIATURE COFFEE AND TEA SERVICE WITH A BASKET, LOT OF SIX, comprising a five-piece Neoclassical-style coffee and tea service by A. Marston & Co. with 1961 date mark consisting of a coffee pot, a teapot, a creamer, an open sugar, and an elongated tray, and a basket with hinged bail handle raised on pedestal-type foot by Levi & Salaman with 1906 date mark. Each with a maker's mark and three hallmarks of a lion passant for sterling fineness, an anchor city mark for Birmingham, and a date mark. Total weight: 2.255 ozt. Circa 1906 and 1961. Tray 5 7/8" x 1 1/2" OA.
Provenance: From a Charlottesville, VA estate.

Condition

Very good overall condition with some wear and surface scratches, other imperfections including slight bending, nicks, minor to moderate denting, and worn spots to raised decoration; sugar with possible repair to rim at terminal of one handle.
